I don't like talking about my diet. It's like talking about religion. However, a lot of people have been asking me about it as they've seen me slimming down, and getting in the best shape of my life while seemingly eating buffets every night and eating as much as I like.

First I wanted to wait until I hit my final fitness goals of having a six pack...which is coming soon by the way =) But then I figured, why not share what's worked for me so far, as the start is always the hardest. It's not for everyone, but it has worked for me and I'm happy to share this part of my life with you all.
